Anne Worthington

Evaluation Specialist & Data Analyst

Anne has 17 years of Lead experience in program and project evaluation. She brings a wealth of experience from across multiple sectors including Business training and support, Rural economic development, Organizational capacity building, Agriculture including value chains, Education, Healthcare, Good governance (in public, private, and non-profit sectors). She brings additional technical expertise through best practices in study design and data collection including surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Anne has advanced technical skills in qualitative/quantitative data analysis and reporting. She is a lifelong learner driven by curiosity and a passion for social justice.

Town of BashawSmall Business Owner Needs assessments

My results informed Training workshops, One on one coaching, Online modules, self-directed resources for business planning and operations people management, marketing and communications, financial planning and management, infrastructure and legal/regulatory services.


Needs assessment in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba

Results gathered from 1,756 rural business owners across 25 regions informed resources and services to support economic recovery following Covid-19.


Study design and analysis – healthcare recruitment

This study was done to predict effective recruitment of health care professionals to rural and remote communities of British Columbia. Recommendations included new strategies to deliver health education outside of urban centres.


Previous work experience in community economic development (northern British Columbia).
