Keely Siegle

Instructional Designer

I have worked in program development since 2013. Remember when The Hunger Games movies came out? Since then.

I started as a writer, adding creativity and sparkle to technical content for online and in-person learning. Stepping into instructional design and completing my master's in this field opened a whole new world for me. I found it exhilarating to take raw content and ideas and transform them into a cohesive learning experience. Since starting my career, I have worked on various in-person, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning courses, predominantly for nonprofit organizations. I am so inspired by the people working in these organizations; their passion and dedication are infectious, and I enjoy collaborating to bring their vision to life.

My goal as an instructional designer is to be the eyes, ears, and minds of the learners throughout the design, development, and production phases. I aim to create memorable experiences that connect concepts to the learners' everyday life and help them achieve their goals.
